About Dragos Homes
An estate agency for one small part of Istanbul: the hill and shore of Dragos, between Maltepe and Kartal. Working a single area closely is how we can tell you which floor clears the rooftops, how steep the walk to the station is, and what a flat is really worth.
Why we stay in Dragos
Dragos packs a lot into a short slope: summer-house lanes at the top, big residential towers near Cevizli, a cove full of dinghies at the bottom, and the islands across the water from almost everywhere. It splits across two districts, which confuses buyers from abroad. Explaining that well is a job in itself.
So our listings say plainly what we know and what we do not. Price per square metre, deed status and the nearest station are always there. Where a fact is still missing, the listing says “Ask us” rather than guessing.
Viewings we run ourselves
On site or by live video, from the lobby and the lift to the balcony and what lies below it.
Deeds read before offers
Owner, district, annotations, iskan and debts on the flat, all confirmed before you name a price.
Figures in the open
Each listing shows its price, its size and the cost per square metre, so you can compare without asking.

Tax number, appraisal, interpreter and registry date, explained in English and booked for you.
