Will a shortlist or a video call cost me anything?
No. Comparing flats and viewing them online is free. Any fee for a purchase is agreed in writing before the first viewing.
Can an agent check the view from one particular floor?
Yes. On the hill the view changes a lot from floor to floor, so we film from the actual balcony before you decide whether to visit.
